These terms cover Marty's site, emails, and texts. Signing up means you agree to them and to the Privacy page.
Who can use Marty
You must be 21 or older and somewhere sports betting is legal for you. Marty doesn't take bets, hold money, or link to sportsbooks for a cut. Where and how you bet is up to you and the laws where you are.
What a card is
Marty's cards are research and opinion for entertainment: a read on a game, the number it stops being worth it, and touchdown scorers. They're written with the help of statistical models and AI, then sent as Marty. They aren't financial, betting, or professional advice, and nothing on them is a guarantee.
- Lines move. A price on a card is what DraftKings showed when it was written, and may be gone by the time you look.
- News changes games. A card can be wrong the moment an injury report lands.
- Past results, including any record we show, don't promise future ones.
- A "unit" is a sizing suggestion relative to your own standard bet, not an amount of money.
Every bet you make is your decision and your risk. Marty isn't responsible for losses from bets you place.
Bet responsibly
Bet only what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER, or use your sportsbook's limits and self-exclusion tools.
Emails and texts
The free card is sent by email. Texts are optional and start later; signing up with a number means you agree to recurring automated texts from Marty, about 2 a week. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Unsubscribe from email with the link in any card.
Pro
Pro isn't on sale yet. When it is, its price, billing, and how to cancel will be stated here before anyone is charged.
Sharing cards
Share a card link with friends anytime. Please don't resell the cards or republish them as your own.
Changes and ending service
We may change Marty, these terms, or stop sending cards. If the terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and say so in the next card. Marty is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
